Guiding Livslow

I’m a mother of two, and as a family, we have made the choice to embrace a life of freedom, love, and slow living. We’re passionate about traveling the world, following our dreams, and spending most of our time in nature—living life in our own rhythm.
One of the most significant decisions we made was to step away from traditional schooling. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it led us to a deep, transformative journey. Choosing to take full responsibility for our lives and decide what’s best for us as a family is a truly powerful and enriching experience.

How did it start?

For the first time after we became parents, we lived life within the societal “norms” and didn’t plan to go down a different path. But soon we realized that much of what we had learned/ accepted as “right” didn’t align with our own beliefs and values and didn’t work out for us as a family, there was too much stress and limited expectations. We began to ask ourselves:
What do we really want in life? How should our life look like as a family?
We began to wonder and set our goals about what we individually want to achieve in life and set the values of our life as a family. We started to question our habits, challenge our beliefs and reconsider our lifestyle. When our first child reached the age to enter school, we didn’t have all the answers but a strong feeling that traditional schooling wouldn’t be the right fit for us. It was a big step as for us it meant to move to another place – one where we would be legally allowed to follow our path without sending our children to school. It was a fresh start, a continuation of our journey towards freedom, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

“If someone had told us back then that living without school would be such an amazing, enriching experience—a deep, transformative process—we couldn’t have imagined it.”
Every day since, we’ve witnessed our children learning with ease, joy, and enthusiasm. We’ve seen them approaching the day with curiosity and bright eyes. They’ve developed a wide variety of skills, as they now have the time to explore their own interests with confidence. In our daily life, they’re always encouraged to work on personal projects, and most importantly, to play—because in play, there’s everything a child (or any human) need. Through play, they naturally absorb every little thing they need for life. It’s a fluid, organic experience that inspires everyone around them.
We’re deeply grateful for this life and for the time we spend as a family. Watching our children grow every day feels like a gift. The deep connection we’ve built with each other and with the world around us is truly enriching. Through our journey, I’ve gained valuable insights, and I feel called to share with you. My hope for the world is that more children/families can experience life to its fullest potential.

Where are you on your journey? Do you long for a conscious intentional way of living that honors your family´s natural rhythm? Are you curious about life without school but unsure where to begin?

I’d love to guide you on your personal journey. Together, we’ll explore what you need and how to start. I´m looking forward to hearing from you.
